The cleanliness and location are outstanding. The spa service and breakfast are very good. The restaurant is simple but acceptable.

Hire an apartment for 4 people. When we arrived we were assigned a room that was very far from the one shown in the photos: very small (the double bed did not fit in and it occupied half of the corridor through which the second room was accessed) and with a wall full of humidity. When I complained, I was told that I had to wait for a certain Rodrigo who was coming at 4 pm. After that time and after the shift change at the reception, they told me that I had to wait 2 more hours. Finally and without waiting for Rodrigo to come, they moved me to the top floor which was accessed by stairs, but at least the room had space to walk without bumping into each other. The bathroom was very nice but a bit small. The phone was not working so for any requirement we had to go down one floor by stairs and then 9 floors x the only elevator enabled for this sector of the hotel. Finally, the noise of the elevator in the master bedroom was really annoying.

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Cocina Mama that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Stay there and enjoy your Mar del Plata weekend. It took 5 minutes to reach Playa Bristol on foot

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Mar del Plata. I was blown away by the incredible value for money. For a modest price, I experienced a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and casino, as well as numerous restaurants in the lively city center.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. I couldn't find any faults with the service, amenities, or location.

When the hot water finally came out...

The rooms were out of date, very small and not very clean.

Hotel staff is superb...this is the second time we are staying at this hotel and they continue to accomodate all our requests. The hotel is central to all the MDP action including the beach, restaurants and shopping. No complaints whatsover.

Everything was perfect and I would go there again...the only thing I would improve upon is probably the decor and the bed coverings...

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic - just a short walk to the beach and with easy access to transportation. Secondly, the staff were excellent - so helpful and accommodating. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern facilities and air conditioning. Plus, the breakfast included was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at this hotel and we loved our time there. the breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of food and drinks. the staff was always friendly and helpful which made us feel very welcome. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we really appreciated the free Wi-Fi which made staying connected a breeze.

There were a few things that we felt could be improved. We were a bit disappointed that the sheets were not changed during our six-day stay, and it would have been nice to have had fresh linens.
